This Quilted Whippet Gilet is possibly the coolest gilet for whippets that we have ever made!
Calling all Urban Fashionista Whippets, Country and City dwellers – this very cool quilted whippet gilet should be top of your shopping list!
Made from our shower proof quilted fabric and lined in our soft Cosee fabric, it makes quite the fashion statement when worn over a Jersey Tee or light jumper, whilst still being practical enough for squirrel patrol in the park!
Offered in the same three colours as our popular Cosees and can be layered over them too.
After much development we can now offer you this great lined gilet that can be worn as you would a coat – great for active whippets, no strap to get caught in the brambles, the comfort of wearing a jumper and a very modern style.
The poppers that secure it can be a challenge if you have a wriggly one, but as with the other gilets, once done up will give your dog the ease of wearing and comfort of a jumper.
The popularity of the Quiltee Gilet and Fleece Gilet, has prompted this design solving the ‘what to wear on dull days’ dilemma. Our whippets run around a lot and the comfort of a fleece is great but sometimes we just need something a bit more like a coat but the fit of a fleece – that is what the Quilted Whippet Gilet gives you!
The Quilted Gilet is:
Sizes are comparable to our other items, so, if your whippet is a medium in a fleece and coat, a medium should fit. However, this fabric is not stretchy, it will fit neatly over a tee but not so easily over a fleece but being lined in our Cosee fabric, a tee underneath will work well.
It is designed to be a little shorter than our tees to make the most of the layered look. It is best when worn over another layer, you wouldn’t wear your own gilet with nothing underneath would you?!
